We are excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Property & Casualty Insurance Product Management Specialist – Personal Lines. This role demands a profound understanding of product rationalization, new product initiatives, product run-offs, regulatory strategy, InsurTech integration, and claims transformation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive industry knowledge and strategic consulting abilities to guide insurers in optimizing personal lines products, ensuring compliance, and leveraging emerging technologies.
Core responsibilities encompass leading product portfolio optimization, managing rate filings, and conducting competitive market analyses. The selected individual will champion digital transformation projects, assessing InsurTech innovations such as telematics-based pricing, AI-enhanced claims automation, and predictive analytics for risk segmentation. Furthermore, they will contribute to regulatory advisory projects, ensuring alignment with state DOI regulations, NAIC model laws, and ongoing legislative changes.
The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in P&C insurance product management or consulting, with a strong focus on personal lines pricing, underwriting, and regulatory compliance, alongside familiarity with technological platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco. Preferred credentials include CPCU, AINS, ARM, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certifications.
