Maintain files in the Loan Origination System (LOS) in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.Borrower Communication & Support: Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, brokers, and the sales team throughout the loan processing cycle. Clearly communicate outstanding document needs, next steps, and timelines.Coordination & Pipeline Management: Work closely with third parties such as title companies, inspectors, insurance agents, and closing agents. Manage a pipeline of active loans to guarantee timely closings. Follow up with internal underwriting and credit teams for file decisions and escalations as necessary.
