What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you will lead the transformation of the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market by:
- Guiding the development of Thermal and Climate system features and functions, collaborating with R&D, electrical architecture, software development, production, quality assurance, and customer experience teams.
- Owning the complete lifecycle of thermal and climate features and functions, ensuring alignment with program milestones.
- Defining and managing system-level requirements for hardware, software, features, functions, and architecture, acting as a vital liaison among cross-functional teams.
- Engaging with stakeholders throughout the system “V” development process, from concept to launch.
- Taking full responsibility for thermal and climate systems within the new SDV architecture.
- Serving as the subject matter expert for assigned functions throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Managing requirements effectively by defining, documenting, and overseeing all functional specifications.
