The goal is to create compelling customer value propositions that enhance both financial and operational success.Your Daily ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Sales and Global or Key Account Managers to fully grasp tender requirements, including scope, technical specifications, and customer expectations.Prepare detailed and compliant tender submissions that encompass commercial, technical, and design inputs.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect pricing information, technical specifications, drawings, and lead-time commitments.Assist in developing basic design layouts, product configurations, floor plans, and space planning tailored for tenders.Contribute to the creation of renders, mood boards, mock-ups, and visual presentations to enhance bid proposals.Engage with factories, original equipment manufacturers, and third-party suppliers to gather pricing, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.Support pricing validation and margin checks alongside Sales and Finance teams.Act as the central liaison for tender-related inquiries, timelines, and deliverables across various departments including Purchasing, Finance, Visualization, Sustainability, and Special Products.Ensure the consolidation, verification, and submission of tender documentation is accurate, complete, and meets deadlines.Create professional proposal decks, pitch presentations, and bid documentation utilizing advanced presentation and design tools.Maintain and archive all drawings, layouts, specifications, and tender-related documentation for future reference.
