Assist in the development of Comprehensive Mobility Plans (CMP) and other traffic-related projects, including the formulation of Master Plans for Leather Parks, Industrial Parks, Industrial Corridors, Integrated Manufacturing Clusters, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), Integrated Industrial Townships, City Master Plans, and Tourism Master Plans.Prepare financial models and reports to guide project decisions.Conduct site assessments and develop both conceptual and detailed Master Plans/layouts and land-use plans, applying urban planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainable development practices.Coordinate interdisciplinary technical efforts for the design and development of infrastructure facilities related to the industrial sector, including processing areas, supporting structures, parking areas (loading/unloading areas and freight parking), and community facilities in non-processing areas.Independently liaise with a multidisciplinary team of urban planners and infrastructure engineers from various departments, including Roads, Water Supply, Wastewater, Power Supply, and Solid Waste, ensuring successful project delivery.Utilize software tools such as GIS, MSP, and MS Office to create and deliver necessary maps, reports, project presentations, and timelines for implementation.Prepare, monitor, and review project reports and presentations to guarantee quality and timely deliverables that meet client satisfaction.Travel to government client offices and project locations as necessary for project presentations, client meetings, and stakeholder consultations.Oversee overall project coordination and management, ensuring effective client engagement, sub-consultant collaboration, and internal team management to complete tasks within designated timelines and budgets.
