POSITION SUMMARY:
The Key Accounts Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our customer base. Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, this position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure high customer retention rates
- Oversee contract renewals and negotiate annual price adjustments
- Manage collections and improve cash flow
- Identify and execute upselling opportunities with existing clients
- Develop new business avenues
- Collaborate with Key Accounts and cross-functional teams across India
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analyses to identify service gaps
- Control costs and adhere to budgetary constraints
- Provide feedback to the service teams to enhance client satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Achieve a customer revenue retention rate of 95% or above
- Ensure 100% on-time contract renewals
- Meet price increase targets for existing customers
- Manage collections and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) as per targets
- Generate new sales in line with monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
