You will take on the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative while also supporting the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee all team activities.

In this pivotal role, you will warmly welcome potential residents, thoughtfully showcase our homes, and ensure a seamless move-in experience, making each interaction unique and memorable.ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility (90%) will be to conduct engaging home tours: Present our exceptional rental properties to prospective residents, emphasizing their distinctive features, amenities, and benefits. The remaining 10% of your time will involve completing essential tasks related to home readiness, including quality assurance checks, preparing for move-ins (such as key duplication and setting up lockbox access), and conducting light inspections.Qualifications- Exceptional communication skills to foster connections and build relationships.- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills.- Reliable transportation along with a valid driver's license.- A smartphone with an active data/text plan for effective communication and task management.- Familiarity with the local area is a plus!- No previous experience is required; however, candidates with customer service or related experience will find an advantage.
