Position Overview
The Lead for Large Deal Origination is a pivotal leadership position that focuses on driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction within targeted accounts. This role is essential in fulfilling West Monroe's revenue growth targets by designing and implementing strategic account plans, spearheading large deal origination initiatives, promoting cross-practice collaboration, and cultivating enduring client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Large Deal Origination
- Define and communicate annual growth goals for target accounts, ensuring they are documented in Account Plans and reflected in annual individual objectives. Develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and improve client satisfaction while strengthening ties with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Account teams to achieve growth objectives aligned with overall revenue targets. Identify sales opportunities proactively and ensure efficient delivery to support the firm’s growth goals.
- Lead efforts to meet profitability targets for target accounts through efficient service delivery and effective cost management.
- Identify and mitigate risks within target accounts to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Formulate and communicate a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving large deal origination goals.
- Serve as the primary champion for large deals within a select group of clients, establishing a clear strategy for large deal origination exceeding $3M.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities to meet the revenue target of $250M.
- Continuously originate large deals by effectively showcasing West Monroe's solutions and leveraging the firm's capabilities to tackle client challenges.
- Engage with advisory and private equity firms to build channel relationships and originate deals.

- Facilitate collaboration between industry practices to enhance service delivery and maximize account growth.
