We offer an attractive compensation package ranging from $16.00 to $22.50 per hour based on your experience and credentials, along with an industry-leading benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher with various responsibilities and tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement engaging daily activities tailored to individual children's needs.
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment while adhering to licensing and accreditation standards.
- Plan and execute educational and recreational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
- Ensure that play, sleep, and changing areas are kept sanitized and clean.
- Communicate regularly with families, providing updates on children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and attend staff meetings to stay informed of best practices in early childhood education.
