This role focuses on leading the civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) team through all phases of construction, from initial design to final handover. About Winthrop Technologies Headquartered in Dublin, Winthrop Technologies delivers turnkey data centre solutions across Europe. The company manages projects from design through construction and commissioning, and is recognized for reliability and quality in the industry. What You Will Do Lead the CSA team on site, coordinating all construction activities and services. Oversee MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) coordination to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage subcontractors, monitoring their progress and performance. Supervise design and installation processes, resolving technical issues as they arise. Track project progress to keep work on schedule and within budget. Support commercial and QA/QC teams throughout the project lifecycle. Drive safe working practices and uphold quality standards at every stage. Facilitate project completion and successful handover to the client.
