homey is seeking a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the complete recruitment process for our expanding technology team. This pivotal role will ensure the effective hiring of both technical and non-technical talent, expediting our growth by attracting the right candidates consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle: from role intake and job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and completing onboarding formalities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions, requirements, and recruitment timelines.
- Design and post engaging job advertisements across platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and relevant communities.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn outreach, Boolean search techniques, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Evaluate and shortlist CVs based on essential criteria.
- Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidates' availability, salary expectations, motivation, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate the interview process including technical and HR stages, manage schedules, and ensure detailed feedback is provided through structured scorecards.
- Assist in the offer process: aligning compensation, obtaining necessary approvals, drafting offer letters, and facilitating candidate acceptance.
- Conduct reference and background checks as necessary.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through clear and prompt communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness.
