About the Position
In this pivotal role within our sales team, you will be tasked with generating new business opportunities and cultivating strong client relationships. You will receive comprehensive coaching and access to tools designed to help you succeed, all while being part of a dynamic company that emphasizes career advancement.
Note: Candidates must reside in the Columbus, OH area. This position is remote but requires weekly travel for in-person client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion.
- Identify and generate opportunities through various sales techniques.
- Adopt a solution-oriented sales approach to deliver value to clients.
- Establish and maintain rapport with key decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM, including daily/weekly tasks, pipeline management, and forecasts.
- Surpass activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Participate in ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.
- Recognize and report security risks to the Executive Leadership Team and contribute to remediation efforts.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
