Practice Overview: • Full-time positions operate Monday through Friday (7 am - 4 pm) with part-time options available.• No call or weekend responsibilities required.• Physicians provide modern wound care in post-acute settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.• The part-time role requires a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time positions consist of 4-5 days per week.• This mobile practice involves visiting facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.• Clinical documentation occurs in real-time during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.• Onboarding includes paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship.• W2 employment contract (work visa sponsorship is not available).
