This is a dynamic environment where collaboration thrives, and our members are consistently engaged in building companies, closing deals, and connecting with one another.The RoleWe are on the lookout for a Member Services Executive who will ensure Republic of Work operates seamlessly and creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who steps through our doors. As the heartbeat of our space, you will be the first friendly face our members see, proactively resolving issues before they arise, and fostering a strong sense of community.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the initial point of contact for members, guests, and inquiries through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.Manage reception services and oversee facilities maintenance.Execute administrative tasks including sorting mail and managing packages.Assist the management team with various administrative functions such as bookkeeping and payroll.Handle membership administration, including onboarding new members, dispatching contracts, and addressing general inquiries.Coordinate bookings for meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring all setups are completed effectively.Support the ideation and execution of community activities.Manage the ordering of general office supplies.Assist the General Manager with reporting, communication, and special projects.Champion our community by building relationships with members, making Republic of Work a beloved destination!QualificationsPrior experience in an administrative, operational, or hospitality role.A warm, professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for working with people.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with an eye for detail.Proficient in Google Workspace, booking systems, and HubSpot.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.A keen interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or the innovation ecosystem is a plus!
