The Technician Trainer Program Manager will oversee the design, coordination, and execution of technician training programs at our Ohio Arsenal site. This position serves as a bridge between strategic planning and execution, working closely with production, quality, and safety teams to identify business needs. Additionally, this role will lead a small team of trainers to deliver impactful learning solutions that enhance skills, capabilities, and confidence throughout our workforce.WHAT YOU’LL DOAssess Training Needs: Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations leaders to pinpoint skill gaps, establish learning priorities, and align training with site and business objectives.Design and Develop Training: Create or modify technician and leadership training content, materials, and hands-on learning experiences to address site-specific requirements.Scope & Manage Learning Projects: Take ownership of training project plans from needs analysis and design through delivery, resource planning, and post-training evaluation.Deliver & Facilitate Training: Lead technician and leadership development programs; mentor team trainers in delivering engaging and effective training sessions.
