The ideal candidate will have proven leadership abilities and extensive expertise in areas such as optimization, electronic warfare, adaptive signal processing, machine learning, algorithm development, integration, test & evaluation, modeling & simulation, systems engineering, radar systems, or communications systems. This role demands collaboration within and leadership of multidisciplinary teams to design, analyze, integrate, and showcase signal processing algorithms for complex systems. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and develop electronic warfare and radar system solutions, along with signal processing and machine learning algorithms to address remote sensing challenges.
