Join ProgressSoft as a Business Development Officer (BDO) and leverage your expertise in banking and payment solutions to drive our sales efforts in Qatar. With 5-10 years of experience, you will engage with leading banks and financial institutions, managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to contract finalization and ongoing support. Your role will also involve conducting market analyses and forging strong relationships with senior management within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceed sales targets set by ProgressSoft.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with ProgressSoft’s 2022-2026 business objectives.
- Oversee the entire sales process, collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Team Leaders.
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and ensure alignment with ProgressSoft's offerings.
- Work closely with the Bidding Team to prepare detailed proposals that showcase the business requirements and ProgressSoft's capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements for solutions and ongoing maintenance.
- Utilize ProgressSoft’s CRM extensively to maintain and enhance client profiles.
- Analyze competitive products and prepare comparative analysis sheets.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust distribution channels with prestigious firms globally, regionally, and locally.
