The work is highly visible and significantly influences how our Klaviyos accomplish their tasks daily.Your Impact:As a Senior Software Engineer on the Amplify team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex internal products and platforms, including internal web applications, APIs, data and event pipelines, and AI-enhanced workflows utilized by our Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Success, R&D, and Finance teams.Lead the complete lifecycle of projects and features—from initial discovery and technical design through implementation and post-launch support.

This position offers flexible work arrangements: Office, Hybrid, or Remote within Ireland.We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic Engage Product Group within the Flywheel Product Line.The Engage Product Group is dedicated to transforming HubSpot's Go-To-Market (GTM) sales teams by empowering our sales representatives with cutting-edge AI technology, enabling them to meet and exceed their targets. Our team develops, refines, and maintains advanced AI solutions that significantly enhance closed-won rates by utilizing AI to qualify inbound leads, deliver actionable insights and coaching, and create personalized demo instances for every HubSpot prospect through sophisticated multi-agent systems.In this role, you will be instrumental in constructing a reusable, reliable, and intelligent context layer for GTM AI and agents. Our objective is to centralize the storage, search, and retrieval of insights, facilitating rapid experimentation, enhancing insight quality through systematic evaluation and versioning, and equipping flagship agents and guided experiences with consistent, high-quality context.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a highly productive, impactful, and trusted contributor who utilizes your expertise to autonomously tackle complex projects and shape technical direction.
