Kelly Services is seeking empathetic and dedicated Customer Service Specialists to join a reputable healthcare organization in Eagan, MN. Unlike typical call center roles, this position offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth, transitioning from temporary to permanent based on performance.
Position Overview:
Start Date: July 2017
End Date: Opportunity for permanent placement upon successful evaluation
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (availability for 8.5 hour shifts is necessary); standard shift will be from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Training: A comprehensive 4-week training program will take place in a classroom setting from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, followed by mentorship with experienced team members.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls related to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and other spending accounts in a supportive environment.
• Strive for first contact resolution on all client inquiries.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with prompt and professional communication.
• Accurately document all interactions in the database in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• High level of empathy and understanding towards customer needs.
• Strong decision-making abilities and follow-through on tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A 4-Year College Degree is preferred but not essential.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be prepared to undergo an interview and assessment process.
