Key Responsibilities
You will manage both short-term interim projects and long-term strategic assignments with clients such as Actemium, Ctac, Movares, Omron, and innovative scale-ups. Your role involves advising on strategic direction, sharing knowledge, and serving as an indispensable sounding board for client teams. You will focus on quality and maintain composure, even when projects become challenging.
Together with your team lead and job coach, you will define your own growth path. You will work in an environment that prioritizes mutual trust and offers the freedom to innovate. Ideal Candidate Profile
Has 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience;
Has experience in complex (matrix) organizations or an agency environment;
Possesses a strong foundation in strategy, digital marketing, or branding;
Demonstrates project management skills to lead and create clarity in challenging assignments;
Exhibits a can-do attitude and prefers to seize opportunities rather than wait;
Fluently speaks and writes in English (B2/C1) and is proficient in Dutch;
Is available for 24 to 40 hours per week.
What Tech to Market Offers You
A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,750 to €4,700 (based on 40 hours), depending on your knowledge and experience.
