You will serve as the face of Carvana at our gates, interacting with associates, vendors, and visitors alike. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to protocols regarding entry and exit, being knowledgeable about emergency procedures, and providing assistance as needed. You will also actively contribute to upholding our Inventory Control procedures.A Day in the Life:Oversee and accurately document the movement of vehicles in and out of the Inspection Center's entrance and exit gates.Represent Carvana professionally to associates, vendors, and visitors.Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and customers while practicing active listening and constructive dialogue.Conduct regular patrols of the Inspection Center and Logistics facility, documenting any security or safety concerns.Receive training and certification in life-saving measures such as first aid, CPR, and AED. Be ready to assist the team in emergencies.Collaborate with your Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager to address requests for badge creation, CCTV reviews, and other tasks.Maintain an incident-ready mindset every day at your location, understanding and implementing our Incident Response Protocol as necessary.De-escalate situations to foster collaboration among partners and team members, aligning with Carvana's value of teamwork.Implement Safe and Secure Principles at facility entrances/exits, following established processes for access and exit.Utilize the Safe and Secure Application (SAS App) and RFID Technology effectively.Deliver a service-first approach in all interactions.Make a positive impact by exemplifying Carvana values.
