You will tackle intricate engineering challenges that have a direct impact on machine performance, ultimately contributing to the delivery of sustainable and affordable electricity globally. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering and is based onsite at our Everett, WA office.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineersSupervise the design of machine architecture, pulsed power circuits, grid-interfacing systems, and circuit modeling, including plasma couplingEnhance project timelines and optimize workflow within the team to expedite milestone completionDrive design, analysis, and process improvements to boost engineering productivityCollaborate extensively with Research, Mechanical, and Production teams to establish system requirements and achieve program objectives
