General Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled LIMS Support Engineer to deliver exceptional technical support for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) within a GMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of laboratory testing processes and documentation. This role necessitates strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
· Efficiently manage and resolve all support tickets related to application troubleshooting, including errors, user configuration, and account management.
· Collaborate directly with Level 3 administrators to address escalated issues and requests.
· Assist in the support and maintenance of operating procedures (SOPs and Work Instructions) for LIMS by reviewing document updates as requested by the validation lead/system manager.
· Participate in development testing and user acceptance testing during LIMS upgrades and enhancements.
· Identify enhancements for LIMS functionality and performance and provide actionable recommendations to the system manager.
· Propose streamlining opportunities for LIMS business processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
· Ensure LIMS system compliance with GMP standards to maintain data integrity while adhering to relevant SOPs.
· Conduct routine LIMS maintenance tasks, including account management and audit trail reviews.
