The Valuation team, well-regarded by our Corporate and Private Equity clients, is seeking a Senior Consultant to engage in multidisciplinary expertise and advisory missions (finance, accounting, taxation, legal), lead teams, and contribute to the growth of Eight Advisory.
In this role, you will manage daily project operations under the following contexts:
Valuation of securities or company assets in the context of transactions or tax or legal reorganizations;
Evaluation of intangible assets (purchase price allocation, brand and intellectual property valuation in transfer pricing policy implementation, etc.);
Financial instrument valuation (Management packages);
Modeling (project financing, LBO, public-private partnerships, business plans, etc.).
