Your Role:
As an HVAC Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring outstanding service. Collaborate effectively with the Service Manager, technicians, and clients to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Customer Support Tasks:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications with professionalism.
Provide precise pricing, scheduling information, and follow-up correspondence.
Manage invoicing and cultivate strong customer relationships.
Service Records & Customer Data Management:
Utilize ServiceTitan to manage customer records and service history.
Ensure workflow compliance and monitor GPS tracking accuracy.
Membership Sales Responsibilities:
Promote and sell new memberships or renewals to clients.
Organize seasonal service visits and follow up with existing members.
