Platinum Technologies seeks a Program Manager for DoD Privacy Information Management to support technology-driven privacy programs at Ft. Meade, MD. This hybrid role focuses on translating privacy regulations into actionable technical solutions and workflows for Department of Defense missions. An active Secret clearance is required.
What you will do
- Lead delivery of privacy information management capabilities, including integrating e-discovery tools such as CasePoint and automating related workflows.
- Design and refine processes for Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), System of Records Notices (SORNs), PII inventory and data flow mapping, and breach or incident response tracking.
- Embed privacy requirements into enterprise systems, including GRC platforms, RMF tools, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Align privacy efforts with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and system authorization processes.
- Oversee data lifecycle governance for personally identifiable information (PII), covering collection, use, sharing, retention, and disposal.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track privacy program maturity, referencing capability maturity models.
- Collaborate with system owners, ISSOs, engineers, and data architects to apply privacy-by-design principles.
- Manage implementation of NIST 800-53 privacy controls (Appendix J / Rev. 5) in technical environments.
- Support automation of compliance artifacts and reporting, including PIAs, SORNs, and data calls.
