Sword Services seeks a Kubernetes Cybersecurity Architect for a full-time role supporting a client project in Givisiez, near Fribourg, Switzerland. This position centers on building and maintaining security for a Kubernetes platform, with a strong focus on integrating cybersecurity into agile workflows. The work blends hands-on technical responsibilities with security governance and close collaboration across project teams. Main responsibilities Design security architecture for the Kubernetes platform at conceptual, logical, and detailed levels, including both high-level and low-level designs. Define and document security standards, models, and principles that align with the overall information system architecture. Secure all aspects of Kubernetes clusters, covering the control plane, nodes, workloads, networking, access controls, secrets, certificates, and encryption. Integrate cybersecurity requirements into DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations. Establish logging, monitoring, alerting, and detection tailored to containerized environments. Conduct risk analyses, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with ISMS and regulatory standards.
