Role overview This position focuses on designing, testing, and optimizing automation workflows for business platforms. The work involves both technical implementation and creative problem-solving to ensure that AI-driven processes run smoothly alongside human input. What you will do Design and evaluate automation workflows across various business platforms Build, test, and refine workflows using low-code tools such as Make.com and n8n, integrating APIs, webhooks, and event-driven logic Apply custom JavaScript within automation platforms for advanced logic and data transformation Ensure reliable data synchronization between systems like Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, and different CRMs Implement error handling, logging, and fallback strategies to maintain workflow reliability Monitor automation performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for efficiency Automate communication and operational processes, including messaging and notifications Requirements Practical experience with low-code automation platforms, especially Make.com and n8n Background in workflow architecture and automation design Ability to use JavaScript for custom logic within automation tools Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and integrating data across business tools Structured thinker with a practical approach to troubleshooting and optimizing workflows Interest in combining AI with human expertise to create effective automation solutions Mindrift connects specialists with innovative AI projects for leading technology companies.
