Role Overview:
• Lead and coordinate the Unit team to ensure the effective delivery of services • Review outputs from MTCE, System Auditor, and Site Technicians • Maintain high standards of quality in reporting and communication both internally and externally • Collaborate with the team to develop monthly programmes, ensuring clarity and focus on schemes/cyclic activities for monitoring/auditing • Engage with the team to evaluate individual Unit performance, identify trends, and address concerns • Prepare comprehensive Monthly Reports and contribute to the Annual Report • Generate Winter and Incident Response Reports • Participate in OC programming meetings and provide insights into the quality of planning and programming • Attend Progress and Pre-Progress meeting catch-ups with OC • Participate in Design Meetings with OC • Review OC procedures/plans • Assess OC performance concerning the Employers Risk Register and their risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
• Chartered Civil Engineer or equivalent qualification • Extensive experience in auditing, monitoring, and analyzing technical, contractual, and commercial aspects of road network management and maintenance • Proven expertise in technical and commercial issue analysis related to road infrastructure
