Role Overview The Reconditioning Manager leads day-to-day operations at the Inspection Center in Glendale, AZ. This role manages the entire reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are ready for customers and meet company standards. The manager oversees a team that includes at least five leads and up to 70 frontline associates, all working within a lean manufacturing environment. Building a culture of continuous improvement and strong engagement is central to this position. Meeting goals for quality, output, and cost is expected.
