Role Overview
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide essential support to patients receiving Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, a non-invasive, FDA-approved treatment for depression and various mental health challenges. Your role will be to create a calming and supportive presence throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support during treatment sessions
- Operate and monitor TMS equipment (training provided)
- Encourage patients through positive techniques such as journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness
- Maintain accurate treatment records and liaise with medical professionals
- Foster a warm and encouraging atmosphere for every patient
