Are you an experienced Service Technician specializing in fire alarm and security systems? Do you thrive on the variety of maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation work at client locations such as healthcare facilities, schools, and residential properties? Join our dedicated team at Nikkelen and help us deliver exceptional service and maintain installations to the highest quality standards.As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:Testing and maintaining installations, identifying and reporting malfunctions;Resolving identified issues and independently carrying out modifications and extensions to existing systems;Accurately documenting work using (digital) job tickets in Syntess, including deviations, follow-up work, and technical deficiencies;Communicating commercial opportunities to your office team for further action;Regularly mentoring colleagues in your work for on-site guidance;Ensuring your work meets applicable quality standards and overseeing the work of colleagues. As a Service Technician, you will be a leader within the team, possessing a high level of expertise and acting as a coach for your colleagues' professional development.
