What to Expect?

Your Role
As the Project Administrator in Groningen, you will be a key link within our team. You will ensure that project administration is set up, monitored, and processed effectively, enabling your colleagues to rely on accurate and up-to-date information. Your role combines administrative precision with a hands-on approach. You will be part of both the local team and the national network of project administrators.
What Will You Be Doing?
In this position, you will primarily manage the setup, verification, and invoicing of projects using Dynamics 365. As the key user of Dynamics 365 at the Groningen office, you will assist colleagues with system inquiries. Additionally, you will handle facility-related tasks for the office. Collaboration with colleagues across various disciplines at the office and administrative staff from other locations will be frequent. This role offers a dynamic blend of administration, system usage, and support, granting you a significant degree of autonomy.
This role is particularly exciting as Vicoma has recently transitioned to a new ERP system, creating opportunities for input, initiative, and innovation. We are looking for someone who enjoys contributing ideas, identifying improvements, and establishing structure.
