- Conduct pest control services and provide effective solutions to clients.
- Report customer service-related issues to supervisors.
- Maintain all provided equipment, tools, vehicles, and supplies in optimal working condition.
- Plan and execute service routes to ensure timely attendance at all service locations.
- Adhere to operational procedures in compliance with warehouse standards, including inventory management and retrieval.
- Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., service reports, service lists) is completed, explained to customers, signed, and submitted to the supervisor post-service.
- Submit recommendations to management for enhancing service effectiveness and quality, reducing customer complaints, and mitigating risks and damages to the company.
- Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies, reporting any incidents promptly.
- Accurately maintain records and timely submit reports and documents as requested by management.
- Foster and promote a professional company culture.
