Role overview This instructor position involves guiding adult learners through the basics of commercial and residential electrical work. Sharing insights from jobsite experience is key, as is helping students understand mechanical maintenance topics. The goal is to prepare individuals for success in the skilled trades. What you will do Teach the fundamentals of electrical work for both commercial and residential settings Draw on practical experience to illustrate concepts and skills Introduce mechanical maintenance topics (preferred) Support and mentor adults as they build new careers Requirements Experience as a commercial or residential electrician Background in mechanical maintenance is a plus, but not required Interest in moving from hands-on work to teaching No teaching background necessary, classroom training and support are provided Tec Centro Network values real-world expertise above all.
