Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive debugging and root cause analysis of SSD product issues at firmware, hardware, and system levels.
- Engage collaboratively with design, firmware, software, and hardware teams to pinpoint, isolate, and rectify defects.
- Work directly with the SSD Controller vendor on-site, coordinating debugging efforts between both organizations.
- Employ advanced debugging tools and techniques (e.g., logs, analyzers, profilers) to diagnose failures and identify performance anomalies.
- Facilitate issue resolution through thorough investigation and precise documentation of findings.
- Provide constructive feedback to development teams to enhance product durability and mitigate future issues.
- Stay informed about SSD architecture, protocols, and industry trends to refine debugging strategies.
- Assist in validation and bring-up activities by analyzing failures rather than developing test frameworks.
- Act as a technical resource for complex problem-solving and mentor team members on debugging best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the team based in the United States.
