Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Delivery Manager / CTO with 5 to 12 years of expertise in distributed product development and delivery environments. The ideal candidate will have a robust development background and experience in implementation roles.
- Familiarity with PMO processes is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are a must, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- A cross-functional expert with hands-on experience as a developer, architect, business analyst, and team leader on complex technology projects.
- Proficient in Web services, MEAN stack, and databases.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (product management, development, QA) and a solid understanding of team dynamics and priorities.
- Assertive in conflict resolution and consensus building within cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical and domain knowledge with an appreciation for business priorities to manage dependencies in a distributed product development setting.
- Domain knowledge is a plus.
With strong technical skills and hands-on experience in product implementations, you should demonstrate resourcefulness and resilience in the face of challenges, keeping your knowledge updated to adapt to new complexities.
- You will create strategies that align with division goals, identifying and pursuing initiatives that support our objectives.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across functional, organizational, and geographic boundaries to achieve shared goals.
- Develop and lead motivated teams, focusing on talent development and diversity, fostering accountability among team members, and mentoring key talent.
Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
