With a strong partnership with Indianapolis Public Schools, we seek a committed and tech-savvy Ground Support Contractor to provide essential on-site assistance across IPS schools.The Role:As a Ground Support Contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of tutoring sessions within classrooms. Your responsibilities will include helping students log into the Tutored By Teachers platform, troubleshooting basic technology issues, and facilitating classroom logistics. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as classroom teachers and possess strong technological proficiency, enabling them to effectively address on-site challenges.Key Responsibilities:Assist students in accessing the Tutored By Teachers platform.Troubleshoot technical issues related to platform setup and usage.Provide hands-on support to students and teachers to ensure the effective implementation of tutoring programs.Collaborate with school personnel to resolve technology and classroom management challenges.Regularly communicate with Tutored By Teachers Engagement Managers to report on the progress of engagements.Ensure all classroom technology, including laptops and tablets, is operational and ready for use.
