Role Overview
Speechify is hiring a Tech Lead for our Android Core Product in Istanbul, Turkey. The Android app leads the Play Store in text-to-speech, and we’re expanding to meet growing demand. This role focuses on supporting a large user base and driving new projects that move our product forward.
The position suits someone who enjoys making product decisions and shaping user experiences. Success here requires a strategic mindset, strong technical skills, and a record of building features that keep users engaged.
What You Will Do
- Lead Android development for Speechify’s core app, focusing on quality and performance
- Work closely with product and design teams to deliver features that delight users
- Help define technical direction and contribute to product strategy
- Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team
