Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Manager – Services who will be instrumental in expanding our sales and broadening our client network. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering robust client relationships, and advocating for our comprehensive HR solutions, which encompass recruitment, staffing, payroll management, and HR consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the HR services sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and market HR solutions including recruitment, outsourcing, training, and payroll management.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends, competitor activities, and areas for potential growth.
- Prepare and present persuasive business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue growth.
