We are seeking a highly strategic Executive Assistant to the CEO who will work closely with the CEO and gain insights into all facets of our business operations. This role demands a candidate who is innovative, adaptable, and capable of transforming complex information into actionable plans with minimal oversight.
The successful applicant will play a crucial role in freeing up the CEO’s time by providing dedicated administrative and business-focused support, ensuring seamless company operations even in challenging business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize and schedule all meetings and appointments effectively.
- Organize and oversee the CEO’s paper and electronic correspondence, including emails and invitations, while determining appropriate actions to take on his behalf.
- Assist with the management of communication content, including proofreading business-related correspondence and providing support for speaking engagements and media appearances.
- Accurately prepare minutes for meetings and ensure timely follow-up on actionable items.
- Make proactive travel arrangements and hotel bookings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared, while assisting in budget management and expense reporting.
- Support the CEO in managing key projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and pursue networking opportunities to aid in business development.
- Assist in preparing communication materials for business development initiatives.
- Compile management reports and presentations focused on company productivity and operations, exercising discretion with confidential information.
- Represent the CEO during meetings and participate in team collaboration as required.
- Perform additional administrative duties as directed while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
