Position Overview
The Temporary Safety and Security Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Safety and Security leadership team. This position is responsible for coordinating various safety and security projects throughout the Allegiant network. Key responsibilities include documenting meeting minutes, developing project trackers, and managing the procurement and distribution of departmental materials.

Minimum Qualifications
We consider a combination of education and experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986 and must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: At least three (3) years in an administrative capacity. Advanced education may substitute for experience.

• Experience in airline operations.
• Proven program management skills, with the ability to research, create, plan, execute, and maintain targeted goals and success metrics for projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a history of identifying issues, analyzing data, and implementing effective solutions.
• Positive interpersonal skills and a proven track record as a problem solver.
Primary Responsibilities
• Organize a comprehensive range of internal and external meetings and events, including agenda preparation and activity coordination.
• Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and other materials.
• Collaborate with the SMS Coordinator to ensure accurate information on the Company Intranet.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for safety and security promotional initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with safety and security training courses.
• Work with the IT department to manage office equipment.
• Assist leadership with recruitment, hiring, and annual budget coordination.
• Act as a liaison for third-party invoicing, marketing, and other departmental needs.
