This role offers a unique opportunity to lead innovation, deliver state-of-the-art smart building solutions, and significantly influence the built environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the design, commissioning, and execution of BMS systems, ensuring they align with client objectives, regulatory standards, and sustainability initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, mechanical & electrical teams, contractors, and senior management, to foster strong relationships and provide expert guidance.Manage complex projects from inception to completion: conducting feasibility studies, developing specifications and point schedules, overseeing tender management, performing cost and bid analysis, and providing progress reports.Conduct system evaluations, audits, and FAT/SAT testing, delivering comprehensive reports, actionable recommendations, and client training to enhance system performance and efficiency.Drive business development efforts, mentor and cultivate the BMS team, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to advancements in smart building technologies.Champion Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) best practices, addressing technical challenges while ensuring compliance and promoting a safety-oriented culture.Facilitate the integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, utilizing expertise in open communication standards and advanced BMS technologies such as Trend, Tridium, and Niagara.Occasional travel to project sites and AECOM offices is required, balanced with flexible remote working arrangements.Grow your career with us:At AECOM, we offer a broad spectrum of core and tailored benefits designed to support your well-being and future.
