Your mission, should you choose to accept it,As part of the Project Purchasing team, you will play a vital role in managing purchases related to the development and production of our standard products. You will be a key player in the purchasing cycle, from supplier consultations to tracking initial deliveries.Your primary responsibilities will include:Contributing to the procurement of parts for our standard products, collaborating closely with project and technical teams;Leading supplier consultations for specific segments (Bid List), analyzing offers, and aiding in the allocation decision (Award);Configuring purchasing data in the ERP and ensuring the monitoring of initial deliveries;Addressing series issues: supply management, product quality, and discrepancy resolution;Participating in cross-functional topics: drafting or updating purchase contracts, internal purchasing communication, and monitoring and analyzing supplier KPIs.
