The Strategic Planning area is tasked with translating the Corporate Integrated Agenda into actionable priorities, initiatives, and concrete people management plans, ensuring disciplined, aligned, and high-impact execution. Our central purpose is to enhance strategic alignment, accelerate execution, and maximize the impact of key People Strategy initiatives by acting as a bridge between corporate strategy, business priorities, and the capabilities of each People specialty.Mission:To provide support and facilitate the tracking of initiatives, KRs, and strategies within the People Strategy area at Credicorp Capital to strengthen alignment and focus.Responsibilities:Assist in monitoring strategic initiatives of the People Strategy area by gathering information on progress, milestones, and deliverables from various involved departments.Update dashboards, reports, and management indicators related to strategic execution, compliance with plans, and commitments of the unit.Support the preparation of executive materials (presentations, summaries, minutes) for committees, management forums, and strategic meetings.Collaborate in basic data analysis (plans, initiatives, indicators, best practices) to support the team's decision-making process.Ensure organization, traceability, and documentation of plans, strategic initiatives, and relevant agreements within the area.Requirements:University student in the 7th or 8th cycle of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.Advanced Excel skills.Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.This opportunity is also open to individuals with disabilities.
