As a pivotal member of the Office Escalated Support Team, you will be tasked with providing exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers, field engineers, and business partners dealing with escalated technical issues.
Your focus will be on resolving issues promptly and efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of printer hardware to a specialist level.
- Engage with customers using persuasive communication and influencing skills.
- Thrive in high-pressure situations and maintain a positive demeanor when handling challenges.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Exhibit sensitivity and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Demonstrate strong interactive skills and contribute as an effective team member.
Qualifications:
- A-Level Education, Leaving Certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant technical certifications.
- Fluent in both English and Finnish.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in supporting electro-mechanical devices.
- Proficient in delivering professional technical support via telephone.
- Experienced in troubleshooting both known and novel technical queries.
- Strong familiarity with current printing products.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Xerographic process and Colour Printing Theory.
