In our Tech Unit, you'll focus on fulfilling ICT and Engineering roles for high-tech clients in the European market. As a Freelance Tech Recruiter, you will:
- Interpret job descriptions effectively
- Establish connections between job descriptions, client business needs, and candidate profiles
- Identify and attract top-tier professionals across the EU to meet client openings
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Provide detailed analyses of suitable candidates
- Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates with weekly submissions
You will receive internal support from our HR, Digital Marketing, and Recruitment Managers to ensure your success.
