The Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire production process, both strategically and operationally. You will maintain the balance between strategy and daily execution, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will lead a team of 12 colleagues across Preparation, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Production (CNC and conventional turning, assembly, and maintenance).
In this role, you will not only focus on efficiency, reliability, and quality but also actively contribute to discussions about investments, automation, cost calculations, and make-or-buy decisions. You will be attentive to health and environmental matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement where quality, efficiency, and planning are paramount.
We are looking for a structured and assertive leader with vision: a true people manager who listens, pays attention to details, and understands the on-ground dynamics. You possess a hands-on mentality, comprehend primary processes, and are ready to roll up your sleeves when needed. In this capacity, you will be the right hand of the director, participate in the management team, and directly contribute to the growth and professionalization of the organization.
