We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Marketing Manager with a strong focus on developing junior talent and an enthusiasm for Connected TV (CTV) and programmatic advertising. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a team that has built in-house expertise across various advertising platforms to help millions discover our app and web products, ultimately saving money through Wise! The journey is challenging and the learning opportunities are vast, but you will be supported by a friendly and resilient team.
This position is based in London, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
What does the role entail?
This is a comprehensive, hands-on performance marketing role where you'll lead, expand, and execute direct response campaigns. Utilizing your strategic, coaching, analytical, and creative skills, you will optimize activities efficiently, guide your team, and contribute to the global growth of Wise.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members.
- Overseeing CTV and programmatic campaigns across various platforms and regions.
- Assessing creative performance and collaborating with the Creative team to produce top-tier assets that effectively communicate the Wise narrative.
- Regularly implementing testing processes (lift testing, creative, landing pages, multi-cell, ad copy, and more).
- Possessing a deep understanding of attribution and relevant metrics to identify risks and address infrastructure challenges.
- Maximizing automation solutions and establishing processes that enhance operational efficiencies while pinpointing areas for improvement and offering recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with analysts and marketing platform engineers to identify data issues and enhance campaign performance.
- Driving cross-functional initiatives that align with the broader mission and economic objectives of Wise.
