Your focus will encompass mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, and vertical transportation systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety in line with project specifications and operational objectives.As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work on-site in Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Senior MEP Engineer in managing the maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with established KPIs and industry benchmarks.Oversee the execution of preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities for mechanical systems, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and approved maintenance strategies.Lead and mentor service provider teams to guarantee high-quality service delivery while adhering to safety protocols and site-specific procedures during mechanical maintenance tasks.Contribute to the development and enhancement of mechanical maintenance programs, including the evaluation of maintenance checklists and task frequencies.Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical assets to ensure operational integrity, performance efficiency, and adherence to Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards.Assess the capabilities and performance of service provider personnel, identify skill gaps, and recommend training or development opportunities to the Senior MEP Engineer.Monitor spare parts consumption for mechanical systems and assist in forecasting and inventory management to ensure the availability of essential components.Engage in asset condition assessments and support the Senior MEP Engineer in creating long-term strategies for system upgrades, replacements, or modernization.Help prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, work completion certificates, method statements, and service records.Troubleshoot major mechanical system failures promptly to ensure effective resolution.Participate in commissioning and handover processes for new mechanical installations; identify and track the resolution of EIL items.Foster and uphold safety compliance across all mechanical maintenance activities and actively engage in both internal and external HSE audits.Assist in implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the reliability and performance of mechanical systems.Provide insights during design reviews and scope development for projects involving mechanical systems.
