You will lead the implementation of analytics tools, manage tag operations, and provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to support business objectives. What Will You Do? Design and implement a comprehensive tagging and tracking strategy across AXS digital assets; create, build, test, and deploy tags, triggers, and variables using Adobe Data Collection to ensure precise and consistent data capture. Oversee daily management of data collection integrity, including evaluation, quality assurance, and optimization efforts. Act as the primary analytics liaison with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design) to coordinate data collection that aligns with business objectives while ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Create data feeds and pipelines from core collection systems (Adobe Analytics and Rudderstack) and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data into downstream systems. Manage day-to-day technical data governance and quality assurance for analytics setup, validate tracking precision, and uphold data integrity across all platforms and environments. Utilize Adobe Analytics or other digital platforms to analyze web and mobile performance metrics, identify trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting engagement, traffic, and conversions.
